INSURANCE
For your convenience we file all insurance claims and payment is made directly to our office. We maintain a database of general benefits information for many local employers, allowing us to provide extremely accurate out-of-pocket cost estimates for most common services. We are always happy to submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance carrier, and will recommend this option whenever we are not confident in our ability to provide an accurate estimate.
